How to set "From workspace"

I got a displacement with time curve calculated in Matlab. I would like to use this displacement as a input in Simulink using From workspace. I tried many times, but errors shown. I think there must be some setting wrong. So anyone can help me to set this. Thanks

Please make sure that your data is in the format required by the block as specified in the documentation. If you still run into issues, please specify the format that you are using and the exact error message from the block.
