instrumented MEX function...and HDL code...

Hello,
I am building my project into HDL code, and dot this error:
'probeData' is the name of a MATLAB function (extension .m). The input to getInstrumentedVariables must be the name of an instrumented MEX function. Use buildInstrumentedMex to create an instrumented MEX function.
What does that mean?
I am using MAtlab 2012a.

I am getting that at the Floating Point to Fixed Point stage.

I also noted a (similar?) issue with System Generator (from Xilinx). Even when launching it through the Xilinx start-menu icon, it still gives an error saying:
Invalid MEX-file 'C:\Xilinx\Vivado\2013.2\lib\win64.o\matlab\xlgetpathinfo.mexw64' The specified module could not be found.
But I went there and found the module!!

I noted that I do not have the following module: C:\Xilinx\Vivado\2013.2\lib\win64.o\matlab\xlanytable.mexw64
Can anyone upload it please? it should have been installed during Xilinx installation...
Ali: For the Xilinx error, I would recommend that you contact Xilinx Support.

The original question is related to floating point to fixed point conversion in MALTAB and is now resolved. The followups responses are unrelated issues and should continue to be referred in Xilinx Support Website.
