Anyone know of a Cat5e/RJ-45 controller for on/off switching of DC low-voltage line that Matlab can talk to?

Anyone know of a product Instrument Control Toolbox can connect to, to control a low-voltage dc signal line using Ethernet (e.g. 10Base-T, 100Base-T, or 1000Base-T) signal to switch the low-voltage dc signal on/off?
That is, the control signal from Matlab on desktop would flow through cat5e cable to RJ-45 port on a device that acts as an on/off switch to a low-voltage dc line.
For example, could Matlab (e.g. ICT) communicate with Raspberry Pi to do this? Or, any other product one could use?

Did the ethernet controlled AC outlet you using transmit VISA over TCP/IP? If so, I might have an application for it as well.

Raspberry Pi can do this. You can connect a relay to one of the GPIO ports of the Raspberry Pi and send commands from within MATLAB to Raspberry Pi to turn the relay on/off. You need Simulink Support package to talk to Raspberry Pi.
