Does the "Load Impedance" field in the "Output Port" block accept complex numbers in RF Blockset 2.3 (R2008b)?

I would like to know if the "Load Impedance" field in the "Output Port" block (from the RF blockset library) can accept a complex number (that is, capacitive output (real and imaginary number)). The reason for this question is because I want to use the following configuration: Input Port -> General Passive Network -> Output Port wherein Terminating load impedance: ZL = 2 kΩ 3 pF

The Help Documentation for Transmission Line, S-Parameters Passive Network, S-Parameters Amplifier and S-Parameters Mixer blocks explicitly mention that complex impedances are allowed. This is not the case for the "Output Port" block.
