Why don't I have options to download MATLAB for multiple platforms?

When I go to download MATLAB, I only see the option to download MATLAB for one platform. I would like to be able to install MATLAB for multiple platforms. How can I download for other platforms?

Your license may be set to a specific platform if you indicated that platform during the order process of the license. MathWorks licenses are not specific to platforms, as you may install your license on any supported platform. To unlock additional platforms for your license, you can contact MathWorks Customer Service by submitting a request here:

When submitting a request, ask to have your license changed to "All Platforms" and be sure to include your license number.
