Volume Visualization and Annotation Widgets provides components for working with slices of volume imagery and with isosurfaces. The volume widgets may be placed into a MATLAB figure to enable visualizing slices of an image stack and selection of the view direction. You may also programmatically or interactively add and configure points, line, polygon, and mask annotations that display on top of the imagery. This is useful for labeling items of interest or regions of the volumetric imagery. Additional widgets include a slice plane viewer (view selected XY, YZ, XZ slices in a 3D image) and an isosurface viewer.
This toolbox only supports traditional MATLAB figure windows and can not currently be placed in the new uifigure or App Designer.
