Are you looking for an exciting new role in Model-Based Design where you can play a pivotal role in the adoption of MATLAB and Simulink for cutting edge customer projects, across multiple industries?

As a customer facing Technical Specialist, experienced in Code Generation & Verification, you will be part of a Sales Team and you will work with innovative large companies, small and medium enterprises, and startups across many industries: Industrial Automation, and Machinery, Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Technology, and so on.

Your job is to accelerate this innovation by leveraging your technical expertise and interpersonal skills. Inspire customers to expand technological horizons by giving recommendations on how MathWorks software and services can improve the development of industrial systems.   

This is a full-time position working with customers predominantly in the BeNeLux region in a sales and services team. 

Responsabilità

  • Support the evaluation of MathWorks software, hands-on, at the individual, team and organizational levels
  • Work directly with customers, during the pre-sales cycle, to determine their requirements and recommend MathWorks software and services
  • Work together with Sales, Services, Product, and Industry Marketing teams
  • Advocate for the future direction of MathWorks products

Qualifiche minime

  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the Netherlands.

Ulteriori qualifiche

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in using MATLAB/Simulink for industrial applications
  • Experience in code generation and verification
  • Strong embedded C/C++ programming skills
  • Readiness to be part of a technical sales team
  • Knowledge of simulation tools
  • Fluent in English, European framework of reference level C1
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel from 5% up to 10% of the time
