how can i change switch on off independence of another variable in relay block?

Hello

i want to simulate a model consist of 3 relay block in order to hysteresis curent controller.But swtich on-off of relay block is independence of time and another variable which come from another subsystem block.can anybody help about insert of yhis variable from subsystem to relay block.
