Finding coordinates of features in a zoomed image

Hello,

Could someone please help me find coordinates of features in a zoomed image.

I have a BW image (call it Image A) as shown below on which some points are marked (points found using SURF). The white object is centered on the principal point.

I want to zoom into the image, so that the image (call it Image B) will look like:

After zooming, the POSITION of these marked points would have changed on screen and I want to know the coordinates of these points in IMAGE B.

In reference to my earlier post named 'Finding 'Zoomed' coordinates in an image' (https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/270594#comment_346675), someone suggested to make a bounding box for the object and crop the image along it, run SURF again and then find the coordinates.

Cropping the image results in a smaller image and after running SURF, the POINTS themselves have changed (please refer https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/270594#comment_346675).

Can someone please suggest a method to retrieve the coordinates of the 'zoomed in' points.
