I have a table of phase and amplitude in a excel sheet...i want to plot a graph of phase vs amplitude......... can anyone tell me how i do it ?

I have taken these values from a plot . i have attached the plot as well.

I m working on project where i will get a database which will have phase and amplitude values.

And i have to plot a graph for it first.

So since right now i dont have a database as of now , i have just considered this for my practice.
