Hi! I am new to MATLAB, so have to ask this as a beginner. I am trying to create random distribution of fibers in a representative volume element (RVE) of composite, using the nearest neighbor algorithm. The fibers radius vary from 2.75 to 3.75 um. Also the fiber distance from each other vary from 0.25 to 1.15 um. The fibers should be 60% of the total volume.

Any help regarding this problem would be very appreciated.
