How to store some data into sd card of the arduino through MATLAB and also how to get the data back from the arduino through MATLAB?

I am using the Simulink. Because Audrino UNO does not have enough space for storing large data like a matrix [10^6 2]. Therefore, i buy a sd card and install it on the arduino wifi shield. But how can i achieve the aim?
