I have a map divided into 0.5 x 0.5 degree grid. I have 800 such grids. each grid have lat and long boundaries and I have a depth vs amplitude file for each grid. I want to take a profile in the map and plot depth vs amplitude along that profile.

Sorry, I am a beginner. I have seen slice function in which x,y,z are there. x and y are latitude and longitude and z is depth but how can depth vs amplitude be plotted as I have depth vs amplitude from 0 to 800 km depth for each lat long grids 0.5 x 0.5 degree. It will be helpful for me, if you give some example or hint about it.

I have attached a small data containing four depth vs amplitude files as well as a map containing grids. The syntax is of file name is such that 14.0-14.5 is latitude and 76.0-76.5 is longitude so each attached file is depth vs amplitude file for a particular grid of lat,long range given. So I want to take a profile in a map with orange colour filled grids from left to right and plot lat, long, depth vs amplitude map. So for each grid, i.e, I have depth vs amplitude file as attached. I want to plot 3d map showing lat, long, depth as axes and colour filled according to amplitude. The depth is from 0 to 800 km with 2 km interval.
