extract linear trends from 1 D data ( depth vs. sample value)

This is my first time using this forum. I have a vertical curve with depth and sample values. Instead of detrending the signal, I want to extract the linear trends in the signal. See the attached image. How do I extract these trends of different orders?

First, there is no image. That would definitely help, especially if you use it to help to describe what you want to do.
Second, when I load and plot your data, I see much noise, and nothing I would call a ‘linear trend’.
yes, the data is very noisy. but there are linear trends in there. I am trying to make an adaptive Kuwahara filter but I wish if there was an easy way. I have attached the image. Thanks a lot.
Doesn't look so much "noisy" to me but that there is something real going on periodically.
Not sure that smoothing is the ticket but figuring out what those events are and perhaps removing them if they're not what's of interest.
