how to design a neural network for around 500 number of two matrix data as input and one matrix data at output for training

I am having a data of two matrix A and B of size (120,120) as input and one matrix C of size (120,120) as as output .I want to train the train the network using matrix A and B as input and C as output.

Please suggest how to put these data to train on netwok and what is the best network stretegy to train .
