Crash SIMULINK when open a file slx

When I opne a file format slx I received a crash MATLAB. In attachement you find message error.

How can resolve this problem?

Would it be possible for you to attach the slx file for testing? Also, it would help to post a copy of the Report that is generated.

Hello Walter,

Today the problem is has deteriorat if before the crash was when I opening a file .xls, now go crash when I select of the menu Mathlab the program "Simulink", and I have a message error than find in attachement to this coment.

I have insert the file .xls that create crash.

I have try to uninstall Matlab R2018b 64bit and reinstall same version, but the problem is same to before.

This appears to involve graphics driver. I do see that you have a may 2019 driver, but you could try upgrading to the November 2019 driver.

I am able to open the model on my Mac with NVIDIA graphics.
