Plot not showing line fully

my plot does not show the line for certain areas. Any idea what the problem is?

May be they are NaN's. Check the data.
nnz(isnan(data))
Wht does it give?
none of them is
your command prints out 0.
if i zoom in it shows the line for some reason

Can you attach the data in a .mat file?

There may be some problem with the graphics rendering. See if an update to your graphics driver is available.
Otherwise, adding:
'LineWidth',1.5
to your plot call might be a work-around.

i have tried the linewidth before which did not fix the problem. But it seems u right that sth is wrong with the displaying. Once i saved the picture as pdf the line showed properly in that document.
Very sorry to bother u guys and thanks for the help. Its working that way which is good enough for me.

Might it contain nan?
plot([1:3,nan,nan,4:6])
