generate wind rose with frequencies

hello,

in oroder to draw a wind rose i found a lot of Matalb functions. but i want to draw it with frequencies of apparition. because i don't have the wind directions and speeds data. Can you help me please !

I'm confused becuase the image you shared appears to contain the wind velocity (direction & speed) data.

i don't know how to draw it in a polar plot, so for that ,in matlab function the inputs are already 2 vectors of wind speed and directions.

You can set North as 0, West is 90, south as 180, and west as 270 degrees, and then set the ThetaZeroLocation of the axes to "top".

If your plotting function uses cartesian coordinates, use pol2cart() to do the conversion.
