Chemseddine Allioua received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the "National Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering" (IGEE ex: Inelec) of Boumerdes, Algeria in 2017 and an M.Sc. degree in Electrical Energy Engineering from the University of Bologna, Italy, in 2021. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree at the University of Bologna in Biomedical, Electrical and System Engineering curriculum: Electrical Engineering (37° Cycle). His research interests include the development and implementation of enhanced Phasor Measurements Units (PMUs) for active distribution networks.
