Sawtooth wave test signal

sawtooth(x) creates a sawtooth wave with a period of 1 and range -1 to 1. In the interval 0 <= x < 1, square(x) increases. The difference between triangle waves and sawtooth waves is that a triangle wave has equal rise and fall times.
