Can you explain P(s) block of simulink model of fuzzy ann controller?

The P(s) block is actually a Proportional Controller block (set from the default PID block) with the external source for P-controller gain. This external source for the tuned P-gain comes from the output of the Neural Network block.
From the 'e' and 'ce'-labeled signal lines on the left side and the discrete Integrator Anti-windup on the right side, this looks like the "Neural network-based Gain-Scheduled Fuzzy Incremental form of a Discrete PI Controller".
