Architectural documentation of simulink model - UML

I would like to write documentation of my simulink model.

In the past, I used UML with object-oriented languages and flowcharts for C language,

but with Simulink I find it a bit difficult to think about because we have models.

What do you use when publishing simulink architecture documentation?

What do you use with Stateflow?

I know that there is Simulink requiriments, is it the only way?

System Composer is supposed to do this. It uses SysML.
