Ravi, Program Manager
“The best part of being a program manager at MathWorks is the breadth and depth of work you can be part of. I support cross-functional teams (developers, quality engineers, user experience specialists…) and help them become more efficient and effective in managing and delivering their projects. I manage strategic programs that involve teams and functions spanning the entire organization. I enjoy being part of a highly collaborative environment where everyone wants to do the right thing in every aspect of work.”

Irene, Program Manager
“I get to work with some of the smartest people I’ve ever worked with – they are passionate about the products they build and the company. There are endless opportunities to make a difference here as a program manager. My role ranges from setting program direction and scope to connecting organizational areas, from collaborating on product features to setting agenda for our annual user conference, from identifying small local process improvements to rolling out organizational process changes. My favorite part? Working with our engineers, and being inspired by their depth of knowledge and creativity to solve problems for our customers.”
Zhanna, Program Manager
“MathWorks has allowed (and encouraged!) me to leverage my previous experience and work collaboratively to apply that experience to processes and programs in development. I have the freedom to learn, be creative, and work collaboratively with smart and motivated teams. I was the program manager for the first release of the MATLAB Live Editor – a critical program for MathWorks where I worked with an excellent team of cross-functional leads. I felt empowered to help drive that program forward to a successful first release and then to evolve the program forward. We ran an internal contest using the Live Editor to get as much internal usage as possible. That was a lot of fun to coordinate and also extremely useful to the program! ”
Chen, Software Developer

I enjoy our cutting-edge development environment because creating super cool features with a great impact feels awesome. The learning curve is always sharp here, and I have so much fun with the new technologies.”
