Yokogawa Instruments and MATLAB

Yokogawa manufactures test equipment such as digital oscilloscopes, source measure units, and programmable power supplies. You can use MATLAB and Instrument Control Toolbox to configure, control, acquire, and analyze data from Yokogawa instruments. Yokogawa has created a toolbox for accessing instrument data from MATLAB, and they also provide a SCPI-style command set for mixed-signal oscilloscopes.

Once data is in MATLAB, you can analyze and visualize that data for tasks such as signal processing, statistical analysis, digital filtering, and curve fitting. You can also create graphical interfaces for collecting and analyzing your data and automating tests.
